ACCOUNTStarting point

Create an account: Get ready to open the user panel

Start by opening the VPNIG account creation page. Set a username and password; the username is used for future sign-ins, while the password protects your plans, orders, and subscription details in the user panel. Submit the form to complete registration. No email address is required, so there is no need to wait for an email or confirm anything on another page.

Use a password that is different from those used on other websites, and store it in a trusted password manager. After registration, the page opens the user panel. If your browser does not take you there automatically, use the “Log in” link at the top of the site and sign in with the username and password you just set. The user panel is the hub for everything that follows: plan selection, subscription access, and client downloads.

There is no need to study route types or install a client yet. First make sure you can open the panel normally and see the account overview, then choose a plan. Installing after retrieving the subscription avoids opening a client before there is anything to import.

PLANBilling choices

Choose a plan and place your order

After signing in to the user panel, open the Plans section and choose between a monthly subscription and a data package. A monthly subscription suits consistent usage and provides available data on each billing cycle; a data package lasts until the data is used and never expires, making it better for irregular usage and budgets based on actual consumption. Both options use the same account and client workflow; the main difference is how the data resets.

Monthly subscriptions are available with 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB per month, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. To choose a tier, consider whether you regularly watch high-definition video, transfer large files, or use remote-work tools for long periods. Web browsing and text-based apps typically use less data. If you need to move to a higher monthly tier during the cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days, so review the order summary shown in the panel before placing your order.

Data packages are available in 300GB, 1000GB, or 3000GB, based on your expected total usage. After choosing a plan, open the order page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then select an available payment method: Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Once payment is complete, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to become available before retrieving your subscription. If the status does not change, refresh the order section first; for further questions, visit the Help Center for billing and order-processing guidance.

SUBSCRIPTIONConfiguration access

Get your subscription link in the user panel

After the plan becomes active, return to the user panel overview and find the subscription section. It shows the current plan status and the subscription access point used for client import. Click the copy button to save the link to your system clipboard. When you open the client next, paste it into the “Import subscription” field or a similarly named input.

A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage address; it lets the client read the route configuration available to the current account. Keep it only on your own devices and in your own clients—do not post it on public pages, chat groups, or screenshots. If it has been exposed somewhere outside your control, check the user panel for an update option and stop using the old link. See the Help Center’s account and subscription guide for specific steps.

The example below is a non-functional placeholder shown only to illustrate the format. Copy the real link from the logged-in user panel. This marketing site does not publish static subscription addresses or ask you to assemble parameters manually.

Do not close the user panel after copying the link. Some platforms provide the client access page through the panel, while others may require you to copy the link again during import. Keeping the panel accessible lets you complete installation, import, and verification without interruption.

CLIENTSPlatform import

Import clients on each platform

Open the client section from the user panel and select the platform you use. The panel provides all client access points; this marketing site does not host direct installer links, helping keep the client aligned with the current account flow. After installation, the essential process is to import the subscription link copied in the previous step and run a subscription update. Window layouts vary by platform, but the sequence remains the same: get the client, add the subscription, update the configuration, and choose a route.

Windows

Select the Windows client in the user panel and follow the instructions to access the installer. After installation, open the desktop client, go to subscription or configuration management, choose an option such as “Import from link,” paste the subscription link, and confirm. Return to the main screen and run an update. Once the route list appears, continue. If it is still empty, check that no extra spaces were copied at the beginning or end of the link, then import it again.

macOS

Open the macOS client entry in the panel and follow the system prompts to install and launch it for the first time. In the client’s subscription management or configuration-source section, add a link source, paste the subscription address, then save and update. When the system creates its first network connection, it may ask for permission to create a network configuration. Confirm the prompt, return to the client, and choose a route when ready to connect.

Android

Open the Android client page from the user panel, install the app, and launch it. On the configuration or subscription screen, tap the add button and choose the option to add by link. Paste the subscription address and save it, then tap update or refresh so the client can load the route list. On the first connection, the system will ask for permission to establish a network connection. Confirm it; when the connection indicator appears in the status bar, continue to verification.

iOS

Choose iOS in the user panel and use the provided entry to open the relevant client page. In the client, go to subscriptions, configurations, or remote resources, choose the option to add by link, paste the subscription address, and update it. The first connection may require permission to create a system network configuration; confirm it, then return to the client and choose a route. Menu names vary by iOS client, but always use the entry provided by the user panel to obtain client information.

A successful import is confirmed not by pasting the link, but by completing an update and seeing selectable regional routes in the client. If the client reports that the format cannot be recognized, return to the user panel and copy the complete link again; do not delete or edit its characters manually. For technical differences between route types and advanced configuration, continue with the Guide to Choosing Cross-Border Network Services. This page covers only the main path to a working connection.

Connect and verify the setup

After the subscription update finishes, choose a region suited to your current needs from the client’s route list. For general web browsing, start with a geographically closer route. When a service requires a specific exit region, choose the relevant country or region. Click connect and wait for the client status to show “Connected.” Avoid repeatedly changing routes while the status is still switching, as this makes it difficult to tell whether the issue is with the current route or the connection is simply not finished.

Once a connection status appears, open a regular webpage that previously worked to confirm that basic network access remains available. Then open the target service. If it loads and the exit-region check matches the selected route, the client configuration and subscription are working. Judge the result by actual access and the exit region rather than the client button color alone, since system network changes can briefly leave the interface out of sync with the connection.

If no webpages load after connecting, disconnect first and confirm that your original network is working; then reconnect using another route. If regular webpages work but one service does not, try another route in the same region and reopen the target page after switching. Before changing routes repeatedly, also confirm that the subscription has been updated so the client is not still using an expired local configuration.

After verification, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. When changing devices, sign in to the same user panel to retrieve the client and subscription again. VPNIG does not limit the number of devices, but the subscription link should still be used only on your own devices. For failed subscription updates, system permissions, route selection, or order-status issues, visit the Help Center and troubleshoot by issue type instead of repeating every setting on this page.
