Service model

VPNIG provides subscription services for individuals and families who need access to international websites, remote collaboration, AI Tools, or Streaming. Its network currently covers 120+ countries and 160+ routes, with clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and no device limit. The focus is not on showcasing one-time peak speeds, but on helping users in different regions and with different applications choose more suitable international routes.

Route selection

Route selection takes the destination region, connection path, and use case into account. IEPL dedicated routes suit tasks that require a consistent connection, transit routes help balance path quality and regional availability, and direct routes offer a more straightforward option. The route directory labels each type for easier comparison instead of mixing every entry into one difficult-to-assess list. During peak hours or when the target service changes, try another route in the same region first, then compare routes in other regions.

Issue resolution

When a connection fails, troubleshoot in order: first confirm the subscription status and client configuration, then check the selected region and route type, and finally reproduce the issue through other available routes. This helps distinguish differences caused by the local network, client settings, or route path. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket from the user panel with the platform, destination region, and routes already tested to reduce repeated checks.

Privacy approach

VPNIG follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. Registration requires only a username and password, with no email address required. Account, subscription, order, and support ticket information is processed only as needed to provide the service; unrelated information is not required for registration. Data use, retention, and user rights are governed by the Privacy Policy; refund terms are governed by the Refund Policy.
