LEGAL / PRIVACY Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information VPNIG processes on its website, in its client software, and in the user panel, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. Using the service means that the user has read and understood these rules.

Scope of Data Processing

VPNIG uses a username and password as account credentials, and no email address is required for registration. The system processes the username submitted by the user, encrypted password credentials, account status, and subscription status to authenticate users, maintain account security, and provide activated services. Passwords are not stored in a directly readable form.

When a subscription or data package is purchased, the system stores the order number, selected item, amount, payment status, creation time, and refund status. These records are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. VPNIG supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; available methods are determined by the checkout page in the user panel.

The website may process page visit records, browser type, device category, referring page, error information, and basic network information to analyze content usage, identify unusual requests, and fix page issues. Visit statistics are used for website operations analysis and are not used to build a browsing profile of the international websites a user accesses through accelerated routes.

No-Logs and Connection Diagnostics

VPNIG follows a no-logging service principle: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing, query, or transmission content, or use such content to create personal activity records. The website's own analytics are kept separate from network activity on accelerated routes.

Service operation may require the real-time processing of connection status, traffic usage, and route scheduling information to verify subscription validity and complete network transmission. Such operational data is not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Under normal circumstances, the service does not retain connection logs that can be linked to specific access targets.

When troubleshooting, users may voluntarily submit diagnostic information through a ticket, such as client error messages, the selected route, and the steps taken when the issue occurred. Diagnostic materials are used only to address the relevant issue and are cleared when the ticket is resolved, the user requests deletion, or continued retention is no longer necessary. Users should remove private content unrelated to the issue before submitting materials.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data keeps users logged in when moving between pages and allows the website to remember selected language or feature settings.

Clearing Cookies and local storage may sign the account out, reset language preferences, or restore some interface settings to their defaults. Users can clear this data through browser settings; after necessary storage is disabled, some login, checkout, or user panel functions may not work properly.

Payment Information Processing

Payments are handled by the relevant payment service provider. VPNIG receives the transaction results and status information needed to complete an order, but does not require users to submit their complete payment service credentials on this website. Payment service providers handle payment information under their own privacy policies.

When entering the payment process from a VPNIG page, users should verify the order details and payment channel. Issues involving refunds, order status, or duplicate payments can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel, and VPNIG will investigate them using the order records.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription data is retained while an account remains active so that services can continue to be provided. Order records are retained for as long as needed to complete fulfillment, refunds, financial reconciliation, and dispute handling. Website security and error records are kept only while operational investigation remains necessary, then deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot directly identify users.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After a deletion request is made, VPNIG will verify account ownership and process data that can be deleted. Records related to unfinished orders, refunds, dispute handling, security investigations, or legal retention requirements may be deleted after the relevant matter ends.

After an account is deleted, data that no longer serves a service or compliance purpose enters the cleanup process. Cookies and local storage on the browser are managed by the user's device; deleting an account does not automatically clear device-side data, which users can clear separately in browser or client settings.

Policy Updates and User Choices

VPNIG may update this policy when service features, data processes, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes to processing purposes or user rights will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or in the user panel.

Users should review this page regularly. If they have questions about data processing or need to submit a data access, correction, or deletion request, they can enter the ticket page in the user panel. When submitting a request, users only need to provide the account verification details and information necessary to explain the issue, avoiding unrelated personal data.
