LEGAL Service Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network access, international route connections, client access, and related subscription services provided by VPNIG. Creating an account, starting a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that the user has read and agreed to follow these terms.

Service Content and Scope

VPNIG provides cross-border network access through clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 120+ countries / 160+ routes. The regions, route types, and client features available for connection are determined by the information displayed on the website and in the user panel at the time. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or changes to third-party infrastructure.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection quality when visiting international websites. It does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, content, or regional resource. Third-party services may change their access policies, regional rules, or technical interfaces independently, and resulting feature changes are outside VPNIG's control.

Account and Subscription Usage Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login information and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and other actions carried out through their accounts. If account credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop unauthorized access.

Subscriptions have no device limit and may be used on devices managed by the account holder. This arrangement does not permit subscriptions to be resold, rented, publicly released, or provided as a shared service to unrelated third parties. Users must not create accounts in bulk through automated means or use a single account to provide commercial access to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If a subscription is upgraded partway through a billing period, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Available traffic is calculated separately for different billing methods; the balance and validity shown in the user panel prevail. A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. See the refund policy for eligibility and processing rules.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, and must determine for themselves whether their network activities are lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, interference with network facilities, abusive traffic, or other unlawful activity.

Users must not probe, attack, or damage VPNIG's website, clients, route nodes, or user panel, or attempt to evade normal account permissions, traffic accounting, or subscription management controls. Users are legally responsible for content, transactions, and third-party disputes arising from their own conduct.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNIG maintains, switches, and adjusts route configurations according to operating conditions. Network congestion, device environments, local carrier links, system updates, third-party platform policies, and events beyond its control may affect connection speed or availability. Brief maintenance or adjustments to individual routes do not mean that all subscription services are suspended; users may select another available route in the client.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNIG is not responsible for third-party website content, third-party service decisions, device failures, or losses caused by a user's own configuration. If mandatory legal rules impose different limits on liability, those rules prevail. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and Termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share access with unrelated third parties, damage service facilities, interfere with other users, conduct unlawful activity, or seriously breach these terms, VPNIG may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. To protect routes and other users, such measures may be taken during an investigation.

Users may stop using the service. When a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted, or an account is terminated, the corresponding connection permissions will end; traffic packages will still be accounted for under their established rules. Account termination does not affect payments, refund requests, liability for violations, or provisions that must legally remain effective and arose before termination.

Changes to the Terms and Applicability

VPNIG may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or arrangements concerning user rights. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Important changes to how the service is used may be announced through the website or user panel.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. Users who do not agree with a change should stop starting or using the relevant services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. The complete rules relating to refunds are set out in the separate refund policy.
